In the posterior region of the upper jaw, where the bone height and thickness are not sufficient or the sinuses adjacent to the oral cavity have expanded and there is not sufficient bone to perform the implant, bone meal can be placed on the sinus base and implants can be made after the same session or after a waiting period.
This procedure is performed inside the mouth. For the replacement of the patient’s own bone with the placed bone meal, and for natural bone formation that can support the implant, an average of 6 months is waited. The implants can be performed after the bone formation is checked with the tomographies obtained.

Does Sinus Lift Operation hurts?
