Yes we do and also we’re indicating every detail in your treatment plan form. After you contact with us we’re going to discuss your case to plan your treatment. That plan will be sent to you by our international consultant team. You can see your whole plan there and your treatment plan will include your hotel & travel as well.
Do you have a patient service host or anyone that can translate my needs?
Of course we have English, Korean, French and German speaker patient service personnels. You’ll meet with your host at the airport and he/she will be with you at every steps of your treatment. You’ll have their contact number thus you’ll be able to contact with them if you want to learn additional things even you relax in your hotel room.
Can I bring my partner/friend/family member with me?
Of course you can! We’d like to host them with you. Just inform us before your arrival because we need to book a “double room” for you. If you they also want to get a treatment with us, we may help you with a discount. For details contact us!
