The implant application is risky, and it may result in failure.

Initial Examination: The bone structure of the area where the lost tooth is located and other conditions are determined by obtaining panoramic radiography or three-dimensional image (tomography).
Implant Application: Local anesthesia is performed in the area where the application will be performed and a titanium implant is placed in the formed bone recess.
Prosthesis Application: Prosthesis is prepared to reconstruct the lost tooth and the treatment is completed by adding it to the implant screw.
Is it possible to perform implant without gum incision and stitching?
It is possible to perform implant surgery without soft tissue damage. This procedure, which is performed without gum incision and stitching in any way, is called flapless implant surgery.

All patients who underwent implant treatment should be examined by a dentist every 6 months. It is necessary to closely follow the implants for their trouble-free and lifetime use and not to ignore the daily dental care.

There are 2 steps if you need implant treatment. In standard cases patients need to come to our clinic twice. If you have bone loss due to your age, you may not have the sufficient bone density. In that case we’re going to do a Bone Graft and/or Sinus Lifting treatment to add bone density to the subjected area. This may lead 3rd visit and your consultant will inform you about the stages of your treatment.

Bone loss can be encountered due to various reasons. Regardless of the reason, implants are basically screws which are going to be placed in your jaw line. A decent bone density will lead longer durability and healthier implants.
Sinus Lifting is related upper jaw implant treatment. The holes between your jaw and sinus will be filled and this operation will increase the bone density for the patient’s upper jaw.
